We both commented upon arrival how clean the villa was and that there was no 'animal' smell at … More all. Everything was perfectly clean and organised, we would say 10/10 for cleanliness! We also thought the cleaning supplies provided were excellent, Ellie's treat bag was a lovely touch, and we both enjoyed the Tim Tams that were on the bench when we arrived! This was a lovely surprise! We both think the property is well-furnished too! Having the games & books available is also a great touch and would be a hit with families/kids. Having an Echoes 1 Netflix profile to use instead of your own profile is a master stroke that I've not seen in any other property I've stayed in. The overall experience was just fantastic and we would recommend this property to anyone wanting to relax and holiday with their fur family! Michelle & Andrew were excellent hosts and very responsive to questions and queries - they really went the extra mile for us as guests!

  The only feedback I could provide in terms of improvement, is possibly having some summer sheets/lighter blankets available. They seemed like they’d be amazing for winter but as its mid-summer & it neared 40 degrees over most days & humidity was over 92% so even with the aircon & fan, sleep ended up uncomfortable in the double bed & we ended up sleeping separately to avoid touching each other 😂
  Everything else was great. While we ate out the whole time, it was nice to have the option to cook if we needed as there were a lot of staples provided. Thank you very much for the treats for us & Mia, that was very sweet!
  The place is very clean, big, modern & we really appreciated all the small but important details you provided, accommodating our dog. I 120% recommend hiring for your next pet friendly accommodation & we will be booking again next year when we come back up 😊

From the moment we … More arrived we felt at home and welcome; note the welcome letter and local information pack, the sparkling clean villa with modern decor and appointments, a welcome bag of dog treats and human ones too (in the form of Tim Tams). We appreciated the well-stocked and thoughtful pantry/laundry/bathroom, full of staple necessities that you either forget or can't fit in the car, such as pet and human shampoo and conditioners, paper-towel, herbs and spices, olive oil, vegemite and baking paper. We appreciated the plentiful supply of coffee pods for the coffee machine, the Netflix access and a pet door so our fur babies could enter and exit the Villa as desired. The Villa is in a great location, quiet and private yet only a minutes walk away from Fingal Beach, Cellars Cafe (dog friendly), the local mini-market and the off-leash fenced dog exercise area. We felt privileged to stay in Villa 2, Echoes at Fingal Bay. We hope to return very soon!
